Hope you are all having a great 2018 so far!
Since Christmas has come and gone, I just wanted to share some work I did for JAM CITY.
Turns out they really liked the work I did for them during their Halloween event so they asked me to do some of their Christmas artwork as well.
This is a GIF of the app’s main splash page art, layer by layer.
I was given some creative freedom so I had fun squeezing in as many gags as I could. Think you can catch them all?
Now most of the characters already had existing concepts from the show, but Joe and Glenn’s didn’t really have anything festive enough.
So I presented them a couple choices before they went with “Christmas Tree Joe” and “Gingerbread Glenn”.
The event’s UI icons required a Christmas makeover which I did and can be seen in game screen shots below.
I realize I am going GIF crazy, but here is one last one showcasing some of the reward icons I created for the event as well.
